There is a very important building site active in Venice, at Ca 'di Dio, not far from the Arsenale and Piazza S. Marco, along Riva degli Schiavoni. The works have recently resumed after the period of forced lock due to lockdown. It is in fact an ancient historic home, built in 500 by the arch. Jacopo Sansovino which is going to be totally renewed.
The Alpitour group confirms the investments of 16 million euros and Eterno Ivica is contributing to the realization of this important restructuring with a change of intended use. The structure, which for years has been a residence for the elderly of the IRE, is about to become a new luxury hotel in the hotels project of the VOIhotels Lifestyle. The hotel will occupy an area of 4 thousand square meters and will have 66 rooms and junior suits, two restaurants, a spa and two gardens, ancient cloisters of the Venetian house. The opening is scheduled for spring 2021.
Eterno Ivica has supplied numerous products of its Acustica line with the aim of acoustically insulating the internal spaces of the entire structure, in particular by supplying the Dynamic Line anti-impact mattresses, plasterboard sheets for walls, Mastergips Blue and Soundblock and Flexo and Din Stop accessories.
